I spent my Saturday afternoon at the après-ski admiring the view and drinking wine with good company and thinking that life is not easy, but sometimes it’s not bad.
Barranco is, together with Miraflores, my favorite “distrito”, district of Lima, and my Instagram every time I visit definitely doesn’t hide that.
I’ve got to admit that before this trip I had an interesting love/hate relationship with the French Riviera due to my job, but after seeing Nice I finally understood why so many want to go. I get it now, and I surrender to its beauty. Continue reading “On the Road: Nice & Fragonard”

I love how fast I can capture the world with my phone. I only bring my camera to big occasions (for sure not to work or the lake) but my phone is always with me and ready to photograph.
I’ve recently set aside for a while the VSCO app with which I usually edit all my photos and started using the app HUJI that brings a cool vintage touch. I love the light effects and the date on the photos, it brings me back to my parents’ film camera and photos by the beach.

Like I promised, I am slowly (and finally!) showing you the photos of my last trips.
In February, after going to Portugal, I continued to Spain, in particular the South of Spain, with its magical and gorgeous cities I immediately fell in love with.
Portugal has become in the last year one of my favourite countries so far.
It’s warm, welcoming, beautiful, safe and cheap.
I could stay for weeks drinking coffee, reading and going to the beach.
Far from your normal fast-paced cities, you can find balance and peace here, so it’s perfect for a short or long vacation.
